      Was basically allowed to do what I wanted for decorating cupcakes and back up cakes

      Cons

      Kept promising a taller workbench when I mentioned it was way too short for me to use(6'). It was short for the other person too(5'6") but she had just resigned to it. Constant back pain and had to leave because of it.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
