      The managers that I have had have been great at listening and working with skills that I have.

      Cons

      Corporate isn't giving enough hours, so it's hard to get on the schedule. Make sure to ask for a raise, otherwise they might...forget...

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
