      I worked there for 4 years. Management was the main problem. Turnover for them was about 2 months. Each new was cluelessly. The hourly wage was a joke. Especially with having to deal with rude and demanding customers

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
