      Pros

      Decent pay but juggling quite a few things and can get quite stressful. Employees, customers, upper management, corporate, daily operations - just to name a few.

      Cons

      Work weekends. Corporate doesn’t want any input from their middle management or associates. Corporate management likes to move the managers around quite a bit. Low morale amongst employees due to the toxic culture.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
