      Once promoted to Department Head the wages are fair at best for the amount of work load and responsibility in retail management.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some holidays. Manage mostly high school and college students due to corporate not wanting to promote employees to full time because of higher wages.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
