We love to hear about your positive work experience but also areas where you see we can improve. We do see our interview process as lengthy and have, at time, lost well qualified applicants to other jobs because of the time from application to offer. We are looking at ways to improve the interview process so that we don't lose future applicants and are most efficient with everyone's valuable time. It may be as simple as setting the expectation in the beginning since we have found our method to be the best to reduce future employee turnover over the years. We have experienced some rapid growth recently. As our departments grow in size and number, we see the need to strengthen communication methods between departments to be effective and efficient. We see this as a concern and will actively work with department lead/managers to improve in this area. Thank you for submitting your feedback and being a part of the team!

I worked at Cubex for close to 5 years, and in that time, I experienced firsthand what makes this company truly special. The owners lead with integrity, intelligence, and genuine care—not just in words, but in action. They treated me like family, and the benefits were some of the best I’ve ever had: 100% paid health insurance for both me and my family(after some time), unlimited PTO, and a generous 401(k), which allowed me to walk away with over $55,000 saved. In life, you often get out what you put in—but at Cubex, the return was far greater than I expected. I was always treated with respect and given opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I’ve had other jobs before and since, but my time at Cubex stands out. I wholeheartedly recommend Cubex (Mashura) to anyone seeking a supportive, rewarding workplace that values its people.

I am forced to add 5 words for the cons, or I can't hit submit, so.....they could have stocked their fridge in the kitchen better ; )

Pros

- Cool office. Some coworkers we're nice

Cons

- People leave a lot and the entire team will immediately talk bad about them on team meetings. It was really awkward and unprofessional. -Bad culture - Sales directors are okay but clearly have zero pull in the company and are just have a face.
