Pros
I have been working for Cubex for two weeks as a remote employee. I enjoy being able to travel and see new places. So far, everyone I have met and/or had conversation with has been helpful, friendly and polite. I cannot say much for the office atmosphere, as I am remote and will only be in the office occasionally. I do like the open PTO plan, though it seems as though it may be difficult to actually have PTO approved with the heavy scheduling that takes place. I like that Cubex is still growing and changing and is seemingly innovative. The benefits offered are good and I am under the impression that growth within the company is possible and I look forward to that. I like that the company promotes overall physical health and wellness.
Cons
Scheduling travel for mid-week to go from one location to another and cram 4/5 days of training into essentially 1.5 days is not efficient and adds an element of stress to the job that does not seem necessary. I am hopeful that this will change/improve as the team grows. I also feel that the interdepartmental communication needs to improve significantly so that everyone is on the same page.
