I worked at Cubex for close to 5 years, and in that time, I experienced firsthand what makes this company truly special. The owners lead with integrity, intelligence, and genuine care—not just in words, but in action. They treated me like family, and the benefits were some of the best I’ve ever had: 100% paid health insurance for both me and my family(after some time), unlimited PTO, and a generous 401(k), which allowed me to walk away with over $55,000 saved. In life, you often get out what you put in—but at Cubex, the return was far greater than I expected. - Cool office. Some coworkers we're nice

- People leave a lot and the entire team will immediately talk bad about them on team meetings. It was really awkward and unprofessional. -Bad culture - Sales directors are okay but clearly have zero pull in the company and are just have a face.
