Pros
The culture and environment were great. And many of your immediate team members/colleagues are really great. The benefits (prior to the consolidation) were amazing, but even after the consolidation, given the "Big Picture" are still better than most companies out there (or not having any at). They are really quick to provide you with the tools/software needed (most companies, you have to navigate through so much 'Red Tape' and then wait).
Cons
The unexpected layoffs (kind of goes without saying). Especially when it's communicated that there are contracts and projects in the pipeline. Subsequently, because of the layoffs, you find yourself crunching to meet the deliverables/deadlines (and when you work in an Agile/Scrum environment) and lose critical members of your team, it can become really stressful, not to mention the drop in morale. Oh yeah. And Deltek. C'mon...
