Not a good place to work. Trust me, look elsewhere - Field Engineer Cudd Energy Services Employee Review

There is no opportunity for growth. I've never had a performance review since I've started here and it really doesn't seem like anyone above me cares about my personal or professional growth. Corporate keeps everyone on the district level in the dark so nobody really knows whats going on. Communication is awful. They don't treat their employees well, they let the good employees go and keep their buddies, whether they're good at what they do or not. Unless you want to suck up and lose all your pride to get into buddy-buddy system here, I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone.
