Pros
Very understanding to personal affairs. If there's something you have to handle they are okay with letting you go take care of your affairs.
Cons
Very poor office management. Unfair wages. Office is unsanitary. Professionalism is very poor. Only a handful of people are "taken care of" and the others are treated like they are replaceable. No loyalty to their employees. You work hard and sacrifice for them and get nothing in return. No raises to employees that are considered replaceable.
