Not protective of their employees at work - Office Administrator Cudd Energy Services Employee Review

They definitely need to work on their diversity and inclusion. I am a gay woman and once someone at work figured it out the whole office knew within a few days. Instantly went from friendly coworkers to not speaking to me, ever. My supervisor didn't back me up, just said the employees will get over it and toughen up a bit. I don't care who knows if I am gay or not. I don't advertise it but I don't lie about it either. Management and HR should have interenved in some of the things employees said and did to me.
