Production leadership is very dominating and has a deep disregard for the workforce. Work schedules changes are made on-the-fly and anyone that cannot adjust is left with the only option of resigning. Communication suffers greatly and leaders lack the ability to be on the same page. The Assistant Director of Manufacturing Operations displays a level of prejudice and creates very uncomfortable and awkward situations.
