Snacks are provided sometimes, and many of the managers/supervisors are nice and good people.
Cons
Job insecurity, higher-ups who don't care about the company or employees, constant town halls where leadership lies to employees about upcoming events/benefits/state of the company. One of the CEOs is awol and rude, and the company has for a while now been the laughing stock of the biotech world.
