I'm constantly working on new projects that test and expand my skillset, so I never feel like I'm not growing or developing as an employee. My team has flexible telecommuting options, which is a big perk that most companies don't allow. Cultura offered a super competitive salary, and there are annual opportunities to obtain bonuses and raises. The people are really nice and welcoming to all newcomers. A great group to work for!
