Good people and flexibility, but unstable leadership - Crew Chief Culver's Employee Review

Culver's is filled with growth, not just financially, but also for one's personal development as a whole. Working at Culver's is a great way to build skills in efficiency, communication, and hospitality, as these are all practiced during each shift. The culture of this company is built off of doing the right thing and practicing kindness, while delighting in every moment. I feel fulfilled working here and I love the people I work with and the culture the company fosters. Culver's cares about their customers and employees alike, and gives you a reason to be excited to show up for work. I highly recommend working for this company.

There are no major cons concerning working at Culver's, although the environment is fast-paced and may not be for everyone. Culver's has high standards, especially compared to other restaurants in the same industry. There will be some differences between the franchise group one works for, but overall there are few cons.

Great at first, and employees are nice.

oh bb where do I even start... For the first months Ive been working there it was great, nice management, employees feel like friends and overall a good atmosphere. But then it was around my 3 month mark where it started going down hill, one of my favorite employees quit because other staff was literally bullying her despite her being their superior and she was stuck at a shift lead level even thought she was willing to take on more responsibility like that of a GM. Several other people are leaving including a few other that I like which is going to lead to a bad environment. Upper management wrote up an employee also my friend for holding someone at the window for custard, mind you we all do it and the literally person who reported her does it. Constant turnover and scheduling miscommunication makes it hard to enjoy the time I've spent here and after I get my license and car im quitting and finding someplace else as soon as possible. Also the pure lack of advancement and cross training for employees is insane, the amount of times people have been asked to do custard or go back to the kitchen or vice versa they always say no because they haven't been trained, were constantly overwhelmed with customers and coming from a gay and nonbinary person myself the type of crowd we attract feels the need to voice their opinion at every possible moment. There are people who have been here for over a year and haven't been promoted or given a raise in the slightest. We all make $15 per hour.
