Pros

Salary is fair, surrouded by hard-working intelligent colleagues.

Cons

There is zero loyalty; which explains the eroding talent. Close to zero diversity; they hire just enough minority talent to appear progressive but practically all upper management are comprised of old white males.

Pros

Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

Cons

IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
