- Good bouncing board to future opportunities.

Cons

- Pressure from management to hit billable goals. - If you aren't a "seller do-er" you'll never get promoted. - Executive management top heavy company with too much politics. - Don't get your bonus if your office doesn't hit target. - Focus is purely on growth/ buying competitors to appease share holders. - Expensive healthcare options. - Have to threaten to quit to get a promotion/ pay rise.

Pros

Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

Cons

IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
