      Good corporate image Cooperating partners Competitive salary Good corporate structure (in the US)

      Cons

      The situation in the EMEA region is totally different from that in the US. Here, lack of organisation and improvisation are the rule rather than the exception. There is no clear structure to guide employees in their daily tasks. Objectives are vaguely defined and only achieved due to the overlapping of people dedicated to each project. Efficiency is an unknown word on this side of the ocean.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

      Cons

      IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
