      Free lunches and drinks on a Thursday Great events throughout the year People are friendly

      Cons

      Hired for one thing but expect you to change positions as of when they like. HR gossips and there is no sense of privacy when sharing concerns. Management can be improved but sometimes is overruled by HR. Salary is below average for similar roles. Favouritism.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

      Cons

      IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
