1. Tremendous number of resources available
2. Great support from other team members.
3. Capacity to grow is phenomenal.
4. Upper management is supporting a tremendous portfolio while still attempting to support its leaders at all levels.
Cons
The Cons of being employed by Cumming Group.
1. Company is healthy but can get sick. ie underlying issues can be passed over and not addressed.
2. Support on issues based on a weight value for the corporation more than the individual impact. ie individual issues may not get addressed in a timely manner causing turmoil and possible employee turnover.

Cons
IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
