      Pros

      Cummin’s only Canadian client is Amazon. It is incredible to be inside a Goliath of this size. Amazon itself is an incredible company.

      Cons

      Amazon is Cummig’s only client in Canada. While the HR recruitment team may bate you with upcoming new possible Canadian clients and upward mobility of working cross regionally on American projects there isn’t, and won’t be any.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

      Cons

      IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
