      Pros

      Excellent company with a strong bench of employees and leadership within the NY NJ market. Access to premier projects in the construction market. There is great opportunity for growth if you put the time and dedication in.

      Cons

      Consulting is a lot of work. To be good at the job you need to put the time in and balance the work load. At times you can be working and managing multiple projects for different clients. (Personally I think this isn't truly a con but I can see it being a challenge for those not familiar with the job function). Benefits could be better

      Pros

      Decent benefits, modern and clean office environment, you feel like you are working towards something bigger than yourself

      Cons

      IT team is fairly understaffed, myself doing the equivalent work 3 support personnel which is not very sustainable and eventually will run on fumes. Relatively average or below average pay for the amount of work you are tasked to do and handle.
