      They pay you. You get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Company is not implementing Agile in any way. It's waterfall with some Agile parts. Despite the fact that the founder of this company was an engineer. Everything is dominated by managers. It's a managerial company, if you are engineer you are just a pawn. Director constantly threatens in a passive aggressive it's subordinates, and steals credit from them. Sexism. If you are a woman, run!!!

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
