      a lot of training opportunity to rotate within the company diversified employees chance to work overseas availability of senior leaders growing opportunities in the future within the industry

      emphasis on six sigma too many meetings small town - not convenient to change jobs without move work need too long to get done

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
