      Pros

      Cummins is an excellent employer as a whole and Filtration used to be until the current President came and changed everything. The benefits are more than fair but do seem to be less and less every year.

      Cons

      Reviews are not consistent from manager to manager. The environment is now very political and male oriented. It is difficult for women to be advanced and most of the top leadership is new as the old leaders either left or were forced out.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
