      Pros

      Very friendly work envirnment. Upper Management is very easy to talk to, but seldom does anything need to go to that level to be resolved.

      Cons

      Only real downside is like most smaller companies there is no advancement possibilities unless a sales position opens and that's were you want to go.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
