Pros
I worked here throughout my last year as an undergrad and would not have done it any differently. Upper management was supportive and flexible with my school schedule, which is not often the case at a lot of jobs. Coming in with minimum knowledge of market research, others were always very open to explaining the ins and outs to help better do my job. Help is always available when needed and management does not micromanage which is really nice! Overall, I would say I enjoyed my time with CRG and felt that it served as a good aide in my personal and professional development in the transition from college undergrad to graduate.
Cons
The job does get a bit monotonous at times, but if you are okay with routine tasks, this shouldn't be too much of an issue. During slower periods, the days can drag a bit, which in a cubicle setting can be draining at times, but if you are willing to extend your help into other departments, you can more than likely always find something to keep busy with.
