* You will work hard for a worthy mission, this is only a con if you don't want to work hard. This is a start up and working hard is a given!

The work and mission is fulfilling. The culture is endearing as long as you don't dig too deep.

Cons

Many of those in leadership positions are immature, shameless or just have to be right about everything. They overrule and have chased away good talent. It's a nearly 10 year old startup. Those present from beginning are the authority of everything to the companies detriment.
