Management and other employees don’t know the office workflow and they tend to make workflow changes on the fly and change policies around every second. As well as if they don’t like you , you will get threatened to lose your employment . They will put words in your mouth you never said and change it for their own benefit. I wouldn’t recommend it and some patients have entitlement issues so they think they can speak to you anyway. Provider talks to you any type of of way no office etiquette.
