Imperfect - Executive Current Employee Review

After much thought, I've decided to write this. During the interview, they expressed a great deal of trust and empathy for their employees and the organisation, but none of it was real. They also looked at my previous career history before hiring me. And after I joined, the treatment was different; this was for everyone who joined along with me, not just myself. They put too much unnecessary pressure on the newcomers, and as a result, many of them quit. They don't have a set procedure for newcomers, and they change it whenever they want.
