      Pros

      None come to mind. Pay is not bad. A fair amount of nice people in the area.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed organization. Goal and mission are unclear and do not match mission statement. Appears that there are only a few people who appear to be benefitting from the current and ongoing situation. This likely is administration as no one else seems to be able to keep a job here or are happy with their jobs.

      Pros

      The learning opportunities are endless. The chance for career advancement is high. Great place if you enjoy busy work.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance. I did 12 hour shifts Noc, with kids is difficult. Hard work, easily burnt out if worked to hard.

      Wages are good for the market comparison

      Cons

      Upper management is non-communicative and never on the same page, leaving the problem to fall on the employee end. Training is promised to get you to where you need to be but tight staffing leaves you on your own which again falls back onto the new employee feeling like they failed. Promises for advancement but lack of follow through
