      Pros

      Mostly great coworkers. Significant discount applied to what’s left of your medical bill after insurance pays. Cafeteria in gold beach. They’ve been randomly giving out bonuses which is so nice of them. Recently increased PTO accrual for newer employees to be more competitive with nearby/similar hospitals.

      Cons

      Raises aren’t based on reviews. The only way to significantly raise your pay is to switch positions and go to a new department (negotiate). A lot of departments are constantly short staffed.

      Pros

      The learning opportunities are endless. The chance for career advancement is high. Great place if you enjoy busy work.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance. I did 12 hour shifts Noc, with kids is difficult. Hard work, easily burnt out if worked to hard.

      Wages are good for the market comparison

      Cons

      Upper management is non-communicative and never on the same page, leaving the problem to fall on the employee end. Training is promised to get you to where you need to be but tight staffing leaves you on your own which again falls back onto the new employee feeling like they failed. Promises for advancement but lack of follow through
