Pros
Give you a chance to work in an aerospace environment. Helpfully staff, good managers that give me a chance to prove myself.
Cons
None i believe there probably is cons but i don’t get involved in that side of things i try to go in work with a positive look on things that way it will help me and the lads i train work better. I don’t like negativity its a bad trait that can destroy your achievements. I always try to think of success and one day i will get that by being positive and working hard.
