Pros

Great Opportunity to work on various point product designs. Lots of growth potential. Tuition reimbursement. Generous holiday time off. Get to wear multiple hats. Good Pay.

Cons

Narrow margin for error to be successful. Management blames engineering for project failures. No accountability with management bidding unrealistic schedules to customers. Timelines are unrealistic given the resources. Engineers never consulted with what is realistic. Schedule seems to always be put first, no matter the compromise to quality. Finger pointing when things don’t go perfectly. Every program is late, have not felt successful since I joined. Everyone seems out to get there own, no comradery or teamwork. Employee turnover is very high.

Pros

Staff appreciate the job stability, good pay/benefits relative to the Aerospace & Defense industry, and highly professional engineering teams. Many report a strong sense of purpose and trust in their immediate colleagues.

Cons

On the downside, some reviewers cite a top-heavy, process-oriented management structure, occasional disjointed communication across departments, and strict, high-pressure deadlines.
