Pros

The company has some great people in the field that try really hard to help solve problems that corporate ignores for years.

Cons

Corporate does as little as possible for employees to cut costs. Try calling the help desk for tech support and feel the burn. After waiting on hold last week I finally reached someone who was watching the clock until he could tell me "Noting I can do....this REALLY isn't our TYPE of problem".
