EMD has a rich history in the industry that could provide the opportunity to be a world class manufacturing leader.
Cons
Career progression is based on one’s time served, not performance. This has resulted in the most inept management teams I have ever worked for. Employees are not valued as assets but a number. The culture is toxic and suggestions are only considered when they come from the management staff- who is generally incapable of forming an original thought on their own.
