Cons
LOW salary compared to industry averages. Bonus structure is horrific and by far, the worst I have ever seen. Direct leadership baits you into believing you are entering the promise land until it is too late. Some bonus plans make you work (4) years before seeing a dime and annual "bonuses" are NOT a % of your base salary like most companies. No formal MRP / ERP systems to speak of; out dated home grown systems with no support. Good luck if you have computer issue if you are not directly under the Corp IT Help Desk. Levels of management who are dead weight (i.e. regional managers) who are clueless what is happening in their regions. Corp refuses to trim low hanging fruit or poor performers because they fear legal repercussions - instead continue to have high turn over of talented employees. Corp culture is disconnected from reality.
