Decent. - Assistant Vice President Cushman & Wakefield Employee Review

Pros

Unique opportunity to "be your own boss" as an independent contractor real estate broker. The brand name did carry some weight as far as reputation. Fellow co-workers were some of the best and very friendly.

Cons

Tremendous amount of risk. My particular branch office offered no base salary, rather 100% commission based pay. The training program was non-existent, and it is incredibly difficult to make it in the first year to two years without another source of income.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
