Good place to start a career - Project Designer Cushman & Wakefield Employee Review

Pros

Incredibly high volume, can gain a lot of experience very quickly. Employees are able to move from account to account quickly (more experience), but they are typically lateral moves.

Cons

The PSC division is extremely under industry standard pay wise. Management can be in their role simply because of length of time in a position, not because they're fit to be in a management position. Division wide is extremely over worked and underpaid. Employees are seen as easily replaceable spot holders.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
