Pros

-Exposure to and opportunity to work closely with large corporations -Good opportunity to learn a lot about real estate transactions -Brand new office that is nice -Good pay and PTO

Cons

My biggest complaint about C&W is the culture. There is absolutely NO professional development outside of an occasional Excel course, and don't expect to actually have your boss (who will change constantly) care about you or your development within the company. I agree with the other person who essentially said, "they treat you like a replaceable number." People just come in, slave away to the client all day, and leave. Is it a holiday? You're on vacation that day? No one cares. You'll get emails about some client "fire drill" and will have to drop everything to address it...without even a simple "thank you."

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
