Pros

I worked with some great employees. It was also nice that the employees I worked with understood my frustrations with management since they felt the same way.

Cons

I was very excited to start an opportunity with Cushman, but ended up being very disappointed. I had a horrible manager that asked me to do some unethical things. When I brought this up with the person over the properties and HR, I was completely ignored. I was made to feel like I didn’t matter and I shouldn’t be saying anything about it. Furthermore, I was treated poorly from that point forward. The company is very unorganized and upper management doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing most of the time. Getting a straight answer can be difficult.

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
