Pros

I like the fact that you have autonomy. Managing your properties as if you are the owner. Good manual instructions (mostly from the third party that provides this to you)

Cons

Upper management is much to be desired. Simply throw you under the bus and will dismiss you at the first sign that your client shows displeasure. You are only good based on how much you are liked, not the work you provide. Upper management will not come to bat for you - will save their own skin.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
