Pros

Definitely met a few nice employees while working here. Very smart and energetic individuals -- just wish management would notice how hard these people work. Benefits were pretty good; the pay not so great.

Cons

As I worked for a few years, I noticed favoritism, racism, and dealt with a hostile manager. I liked working at the office more than remotely, however, the times I needed to work remotely, there was always an issue. Scheduling PTO was a disaster -- due to management utilizing unlimited PTO as an advantage. Even when I planned months in advance, there was still an issue. I had to cancel my flights twice because management had important personal parties to attend. Office politics were heavily involved and I saw the true colors of management racist remarks were made against "Indians, Hispanics, and Asians". Some seniors thinks extremely high of themselves and do not approve of "subordinates" reaching out to them even when it is extremely important. There is major Micromanagement not just in the department I worked for but a few others as well. I was constantly ignored when I tried to resolve an issue or share my ideas. The rare occasion where I asked questions, I was ignored. I started to notice management just didn't have the answers to a lot of things and I was often asked how to do basic things. It got worse when a member of my family got very ill. I needed to work remotely and I was still given a no. Decided to utilize my sick days, still given difficulties. My bereavement rights were almost denied when my family member passed away, however I fought to get that approved. A lot of people come and go because of the unethical working culture and the inconsistent reporting structure. The company is very disorganized and you are often lead to different people to get answers.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
