Pros

Good PTO and holidays Decent health/dental plans. Most are not micro managed. Good work atmosphere Options to work from home. Looks good on a resume.

Cons

Ask for the salary you want when you are hired or you will never get it! A lot of promises and no delivery. Lack of training. No tuition reimbursement. Sink or swim mentality. Few options for career progression and development. Takes advantage of the job market but several companies are doing the same. Management is extremely top heavy. Money stays at the top and this is the reason for the below market wages at middle and lower levels. They love to outsource!

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
