Pros
Good industry reputation, good relationship with clients newly renovated office good commission as compared with the industry good package for upper management
Cons
Treatment of corporate employees is not the same as those who are revenue generators no match in 401(k) no $$$ support on pursuing graduate education no budget no promotion from within all employees work in a silo mode willing to pay professionals big money rather than using the money to equip and teach know-how to employees no clear descriptions on roles and responsibilities no knowledge sharing terrible documentation (office is not ready to be paperless) highly leveraged no respect of other ppl's personal space (low cubicle walls) favortism ppl who do not work as hard and dedicated get compensated higher than those who work long hours directors sit in cubicles
