Pros

Flexibilty on where your time is spent and brand recognition are reasons to work here. You must be a go getter if you are a broker or happy not advancing if you are a support staff.

Cons

They offer very few advancement opportunities unless you are in brokerage and then like any company in this industry the advanced ment is based on production. Deadend job for most staff positions.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
