Pros

Great people and a family atmosphere. A work hard, play hard group. Many of the senior people are at the top of their game and are generally very accessible and open to mentoring the younger folk.

Cons

Communication between groups needs improvement. The new CEO is pushing for this and only time will tell if he is successful in this regard. Hours can be very long depending on the time of year. IB hours without the IB pay.

Pros

Benefits, none , nothing and don’t waste your time here

Cons

Sexist, racist, unorganized and unprofessional. Pretentious, most people act like they are too good to speak to you but would take your ideas and pass them as their own. No recognition for your hard work and innovation. Most managers are white men. Not friendly atmosphere by any means. If you’re nice and respectful, people look at you like weird. A lot of gatekeeping, and grown people cliques that will judge you instead of help you. Management will also take your ideas and present them to clients as their own. They get paid more to do absolutely nothing
