      So far, so good...only 90 days in Very professional organization. People are helpful. Good industry reputation. They continue to advance industry status (most recently, Cisco Master Cert in UCC). Onboarding is top notch from an HR perspective. Seems family oriented.

      Cons

      Ops onboarding could be a little more thorough, but help is there when you need it. Some quoting processes are a little extensive and would benefit from streamlining Benefits are very expensive with high deductibles

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.
