Pros

-You get a paycheck, mostly on-time. -They don't discriminate. -They do pay for insurance. That's a plus!

Cons

-This company doesn't take care of its employees. They do not care if you are unhappy here, and they do not take into account what your position's pay looks like in comparison to averages of other companies in the same area with similar annual growth/income. Do not believe them when they say they offer competitive pay/benefits. -This company does not match 401k, does not help with education, does not provide actual sick pay, and will often not follow through with promises of raises or on-time reviews. Do NOT think for one second that you will be paid based off of your effort here, like another review seemed to suggest. I've verified this feeling with most all of my coworkers. There are no perks for working here; if you're entry-level you have a better chance at making a decent living working in a Seattle McDonalds at $15/hour. -The engineering group is behind the curve technologically. They may be improving, but that group is also rather difficult to work with and in on all fronts. -The production group is.... stunted. Constant temp agency hires-and-fires coupled with shoddy paperwork for building units creates a lot of slowdown and difficulties in meeting completion dates.
